This project is for the supply of Russian local oil company, the production is a challenge according to the complicated drawing.In the early stage. We confirmed the details of the drawings with the customer and gave our professional suggestions to disassemble the complex products and clarify the production process.
The tees with large sizes, welded by stainless steel and alloy steel pipes, the ends of the tees all welded with flanges and equipped with gaskets,bots,nuts,etc. Finally, the lined steel pipe should be inserted into the finished pipe fitting, requiring the dimension and ovality tolerance of the lined steel pipe to be controlled.The subsequent assembly work also requires meticulous and professional before dispatch.
