Welding Structure:
Main pipe welded plate with punching holes on pipe
body by CNC machine, the ends of the pipe welded with
plate with punching holes, all the holes need to be
threaded and connected with bolts as required size
This order requires laser CNC processing to achieve a devaltion of+-1mm in hole diameter and a deviaton of +-2mm in hole spacing.The welded steel plate provides threaded holes for connecion purposes.The galvanizing requirements is a minimum of 90um,that is,the thickness of any monitoring point is not less than 90um. Which is much stricter than the average zinc layer required by the industry.
